Please ensure you have downloaded any important data or information from your account. You must settle all your wallet amounts before deleting your account as these will also be lost permanently.
📋 Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Your Profile
Open the app and go to your profile section. This is usually found in the main navigation or settings menu.
Scroll to Bottom
Scroll down to the very bottom of your profile page to locate the account management options.
Click "Delete my account"
Tap the red "Delete my account" button. This will initiate the deletion process.
Wait for OTP
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. This may take a few moments to arrive.
Enter OTP & Confirm
Enter the 6-digit code you received via SMS. Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted.
💔 What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- You will not be able to login to your account
- You will lose all your wallet balance permanently
- You will lose access to all premium features and subscriptions
- Any stored preferences or settings will be lost
- You cannot recover your username or account history
- This action cannot be undone or reversed
